Relax Release Renew, Inc., a non-profit ministry, was founded in 2005 for women who are juggling the multiple tasks of being the women they are: mothers, caretakers, wives, employees, etc. It is an outlet to 'take a breath', interact with women in similar situations, and share methods for balance and to meet a need within the Christian community. Relax Release Renew, Inc. hosts weekend retreats at peaceful beachfront locations which allow women to 'let their hair down' and socialize, pamper and network, and gain practical tools that will enrich their spiritual, physical, intellectual and emotional well being. Relax Release Renew, Inc. invites all women, regardless of race or denominational affiliation to take part in this life-changing weekend experience.
